Last weekend our own Sarah Farrant, was in Rome at the national Italian conference: WHAT’S NEXT – CONTATTOLOGY LOOK FORWARD
Sarah was invited to speak to the 700 delegates about how to manage dry eye and discomfort in contact lens wearers. These are areas where her expertise is recognised internationally!
In her capacity as the UK Ambassador for the Tear Film & Ocular Surface Society (TFOS) , (a world-leading organisation in the field of ocular health that deals with scientific research, dissemination and educational aspects relating to the surface of the eye) Sarah often travels overseas to share her extensive knowledge in this area; this is the second conference she has attended in the last few months as an Ambassador.
